2-in-1 ELASTOMERIC SEALANT AND WATERPROOFER
MONDO Liquid Seal is a high quality water-based elastic sealant and waterproofing membrane for multi-substrates. Liquid Seal is a versatile gap filler and sealer to stop water leakages and moisture ingression in roofs and gutters, PVC Pipes, Metal Sheets and other construction materials such as concrete and wood. As a waterproofing membrane, Liquid Seal dries to a strong, durable and flexible bond to provide a long-lasting air-water resistive barrier.

SURFACE PREPARATION
To ensure optimum adhesion, substrates must be sound, clean, dry, and free from loosely-adhering material.
PRODUCT PREPARATION
Dilute 4L MONDO Liquid Seal with 1/2L of water.
APPLICATION
As Elastic Sealant
To ensure optimum adhesion, substrates must be sound, clean, dry, and free from loosely-adhering material. Apply MONDO Liquid Seal using putty knife or trowel. Use as is, do not dilute.
As Waterproofer
Apply first coat, let dry for 2 to 3 hours before subsequent coat of MONDO Liquid Seal. For severe cracks on walls that are non-structural, you may use Waterproofing Fiber Glass Mesh immediately after the first coat while it is wet. Dab the fiber mesh with brush onto wet sealant. Let dry then apply second coat.
